1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order on PBJ Development (“we”, “us”, “our”) through pbjdev.dev or our Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Our Services

PBJ Development provides custom digital assets for use in FiveM (a GTA5 multiplayer modification platform). Our products include custom jewelry, clothing, weapons, GFX, and car liveries.

All assets are custom-built to your specifications. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the FiveM platform.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are accepted at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any order.
• Payment is required via CashApp before or at the time work begins, as agreed in your order channel.
• Prices displayed on the site are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on complexity and add-ons.
• Clothing orders receive a $5 discount for every 3 pieces purchased in the same order.
• Discount codes are single-use and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
• Additional changes requested after order completion may require extra payment before more work begins.

4. Delivery

• Estimated delivery is 24–72 hours after order confirmation and payment, depending on complexity and queue.
• All files are delivered via your private Discord order channel.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during high-demand periods.
• You must be a member of our Discord server to receive your order.

5. Revisions

We want you to be happy with your order. Minor revisions (color adjustments, text changes, small design tweaks) are included at no extra cost.

Major revisions or redesigns that significantly change the original brief may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated to you before any work is done.

After an order is marked complete, owners may use the /changes command in your order channel to itemize requested changes, show the added total, and confirm payment before continuing.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final once work has begun. Because all assets are custom-built to your specifications, we do not offer refunds after production starts.

• If we are unable to complete your order, a full refund will be issued.
• If you are unsatisfied with the final product, contact us — we will work to resolve the issue through revisions.
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, server shutdowns, or personal circumstances after work begins.
• Chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from our services.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage License

Upon payment and delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased assets on your personal FiveM server.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with others.
• You may not claim the work as your own or remove PBJ Development credits.
• You may not use the assets for any illegal purpose.
• PBJ Development retains all creative rights and may display the work in our portfolio.

8. Code of Conduct

We expect all customers to treat our team with respect. We reserve the right to cancel any order and ban any customer who is abusive, threatening, or otherwise disrespectful.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
